All sales are final. There are no refunds.

This applies to every delivered order, however it was placed and however it was paid. Please check your order when your driver hands it over.

Cancelling an order

Cancel free until your driver is on the way. After that, cancelling costs $5. The fee is added to your next order. A delivered order can't be cancelled. Cancel from your order page, or contact us. The fee is its own line on that order and isn't taxed.
