Delete your Dris account

From inside the app

Open Dris and tap your initials, top right.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We respond within 30 days and usually the same week.

We ask you to write from the account's own email, or to name the phone number you used, because we won't delete an account on the word of someone who can't show it's theirs.

What is deleted

Your account's name, email address, phone number and saved delivery address, your sign-in, and your points and referral code
Your points, waitlist rank and referral history
Invitations you sent, and the contacts you picked when sending them
Saved products, restock alerts and followed brands
Your devices, so we stop sending you notifications
The link between your account and your past orders
Photos of your ID — these are already deleted as soon as a review finishes, whether it was approved or rejected

What is kept, and why

Reviews you wrote stay on the product, with your name removed — they show as "Former customer". Tell us if you want one taken down and we will remove it.
Bug reports and feedback stay, marked "Deleted account", so we don't lose a fix somebody is waiting on.
The record that an age check took place — no photo, no document number. Massachusetts cannabis regulations require a licensee to be able to show that verification happened.
Records of deliveries we made to you — what was delivered and what it cost, the name, phone number and address on the order, when, the signature collected at the door, and the record that your ID was checked (no photo). As a licensed Massachusetts cannabis retailer we keep delivery records permanently. They are no longer connected to an account, and are not used for marketing.

Nothing kept identifies you to another customer, and none of it is used to contact you again.
